Founded 1904
Affiliated to Bowls England, and the Essex County Bowling Association
The C.B.B.A. is an association of 15 clubs and promotes the sport of lawn bowls in the Colchester area and together with Tendring Hundred & District Bowling Association forms Group 1 as part of the Essex County Bowling Association county grouping.
The C.B.B.A. supports the English Coaching programme for new bowlers and will provide assistance whenever required.
